the bel azur part of the azure complex has to be visited. dont get me wrong the hotel its self is a little dated, but this is easily forgotten when you take into consideration the friendly staff the fab facilities, great beach and excellent location. we try to visit for at least 1 week each year and next year we... more

I only heard about this hotel after it was booked for me, so I came online to read the reviews and frankly...I was shocked. I was quite worried about what had been booked, but after staying there, I didn't see any problems. The place is beautiful, the staff are incredibly friendly and myself and the people I went with got... more

We were a bit apprehensive after reading a couple of the reviews on your site, but starting with the warm welcome (at 4am!) the hotel proved to be ideal for us. The rooms were well maintained by the friendly staff, and the food was of good quality and wide range. The location between two sister hotels surrounded by fascinating gardens... more

We had a great time at the Bel Azur and would definitely stay here again. The decor is a bit dated and knocked around the edges but everything was sparkling clean and the room was a good size ( big enough for three single beds which is an unusual combination) Food was fine with plenty of choice - at least... more

I have just got back from the Bel Azur and quite frankly I was shocked at some of the poor reviews, I needed to reply, as I'm not sure what hotel some guests were talking about , I wondered if they really stayed there. I want to reassure potential guests that all is well and would highly recommend it. I... more

From the moment we arrived we noticed the hotel was dirty from top to bottom and had a dreadful smell of stale smoke and alcohol. Our room was like... more

this hotel is a complete dump and needs a complete refurbishmebnt asap. the waiters and bar staff were lovely but all other staff were rude and insulting. the bar at night was full of prostitutes and they seemed to be completely tolerated by the staff including management!!. the resort was boring and completely unsafe at night with people relentlessly pestering... more

I am surprised by what some people have wrote about this hotel, they must have stayed somewhere else. The hotel is shabby and in desperate need of maintenance. The hotel reception stinks of stale alcohol and cigarettes and reception staff were unhelpful. The room we stayed in needed a good clean and the bathroom was awful, there were tiles falling... more
