Each winter is an ice and snow festival in Harbin where the temperature gets below -20C and the river is frozen and there is lots of snow. But it is one of those amazing travel experiences that if you have the opportunity you should do. The best located hotel is this one right on the banks of the frozen river... more

Absolutley the worst service I have ever encountered. We left a suitcase with the concierge for a night while we travelled to Yabuli Ski Resort on a tour booked with the travel agency on the second floor of the hotel.
