Stayed at Langham Place on a business trip, On arrival received upgrade to a suite on the 39th floor, fantastic panoramic views across the bay. From the limousine pickup at the airport, through the personalised check in process, right through to checkout, the whole experience was seamless. We stayed for 6 nights at the beginning of Jul 08 and had a fantastic stay. On arrival, they gave us the wrong rooms, but then upgraded us to a suite. I just returned from a few night stay at Langham Place Hotel. True enough, the location of this hotel is extremely good. It's within walking distance to all the markets, e.g. Fa Yuen Market, Ladies and Gold Fish Market. There's also a 24 hr dim sum outlet & 7 eleven shop just round the corner. A great hotel with fantastic service. While the rooms have been slightly small the level of service by hotel staff certainly made up for it. In-room access was provided complementary for club rooms which was a nice bonus. In an interesting area too, adjoining a mall with an MTR station for convenient access to the rest of HK. more

After weeks of dealing directly with the hotel I ended up with a fabulous deal. Stayed in a spa room for one night as was booking a treatment anyhow and the price worked out the same. Started with a standard room but watched their site and eventually had a suite deal for £10 more per night than a standard room.... more

I've been to HK many times but this trip by far was the best in terms of hotel experience. Langham Place is a great hotel with superb personal service and fantastic food. YOU MUST UPGRADE TO THE CLUB ROOMS! It's worth it and completely changes the experience. From check in to the personal room walk through, everything is 5 star... more
