This is a typical chinese hotel. At the reception people don't speak english. The rooms are very dirty. You get every day clean towels, but that's it. No vacuming or cleaning. We arrived in Beijing looking forward to a cold wintery vacation. It turns out that not only the weather was cold so was the hotel staff and the hotel food.
