Wonderful stay at the Four Seasons. Room large, clean and comfortable with fabulous view over the Nile. Staff were excellent - very helpful and informative. All restaurants of a very high standard. The only negative point was the service in Seasons on one occasion, where the main course was served as soon as the starter crockery had been cleared. Despite... more

I stayed at this fablous property on numerous occasions, none of which, I was ever disappointed. I always stay at the four seasons in most cities I visit around the world, and this one might only be second to four seasons Paris. The service is great, the staff always try to reach far and beyond to help the guests, they... more

The only reason i didn't rate this hotel as excellent is that we had problems traveling here. not the hotel's fault though. other than that, the food was good, the service was excellent and the ambiance was opulent. more

The highlight of this hotel is the exquisite service! Everyone is incredibly helpful, kind, and gracious. Some of the other reviews were negative about how this hotel is not up to other Four Seasons standards. This hotel is the older of the two Four Seasons hotels in the Cairo area. The only negatives for our entire stay is that our... more

This was a beautiful hotel and a lovely quiet room. We were attahced to a tour and only spent one night, but after nearly 24 hours in airports and on planes, we were able to get much needed rest. The basics of the room were there plus robes, slippers and wonderful linens. I would recommend it for those beginning or... more

While this hotel was very good, expected better of Four Seasons. The staff is very attentive, bathrooms are big with great amenities, the rooms sizes and views vary. Be sure to get a nice view, many rooms are blocked by the First Residence condo building between the hotel and the Nile. There is also a tenement-type building on one side... more

This was the begging of a visit to Egypt to celebrate our 25 th wedding anniversary with 4 nights at the First residence. From the moment we arrived by Private transfer from the airport we were treated like royalty, nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were fantastic, our delux room on the 19 th floor had super views... more

My wife, son and I stayed at the Four Seasons Cairo First Residence for three nights in February 2008. During the same trip, we also stayed at the Four Seasons Cairo Nile Plaza and the Four Seasons Amman, which are reviewed separately. The Good: There was a coziness about the First Residence that made us feel as if we were... more
