The Grand Hyatt Muscat is totally fine, expecially if you are there on business. The rooms are fine, 4 not 5 star. The beach is not that great, but okay. Great location. Good exercise facilities. Nice restaurants. Problem was the bed bugs. I took my bloody pillowcase to the front desk and told them to spray the room but nothing was done until I got my company involved.
