We spent more than 4 days in Madaba and Mosaic City was our comfortable second home. The Sawalha family and staff catered to all our needs including the purchase of a book in Amman! We will surely stay here again when we return in the future for the warm welcome. The location is fantastic and we appreciated also the free... more

We travelled for a week in Jordan and it was the best hotel we stayed in. For the price of a spartan hostel from our guide book we had a clean, pleasant room with a nice bathroom, AC and TV. The hotel is brand new and positioned in the middle of town. And the hotel staff were wonderful - very friendly... more

We stayed at this hotel twice during our two week road trip around Jordan. We were very impressed on the first occasion and even more so at the end of the holiday after we had stayed in some dissapointing accommodation. The hotel is modern, clean and quiet. The staff are all friendly and helpful and a lovely breakfast was included.... more

Even after checking out they let us wait on the balkoney with cold drinks and arranged transport to the airport in the middle of the... more

Arrived late at night after flying into Amman airport. The hotel was a bit hard to find because it's so new most of the locals don't yet know where it is - but don't let that put you off! Good clean rooms and very friendly staff. Ask for a room away from the road for a more quiet night's sleep.... more

We used Madaba as a base upon arrival in Jordan to avoid Amman. From Madaba we made day trips to Bethany, Mt Nebo, Dead Sea, and toured Madaba itself. The Mosaic City Hotel was very accommodating--given we arrived (lost) from the Amman airport at 2 AM. Parking is available, but being right in a neighborhood in an advantage. The hotel... more
