The staff was friendly, helpful and fast with problems. The room was kept tidy except there was bird[--] on the table in my balcony and I think it took 2-3 days til it was cleaned and it wasn't even cleaned properly. Another thing that freaked me out was the singer at the village bar (the one with long black hair... more

We spent 6 days in this hotel the last week in June. Although the room, the facilities, the food and the service were good, we were disappointed that you are virtually a prisoner in the complex. There is no where to go outside the hotel - just other similar hotels. There is no village, no shops, not restaurants or even... more

Myself and my wife were having a wonderful stay at the hotel, until someone swapped keycards to our room and was accesing our room all week when we were out at the beach, then on our second last day, our hotel room safe was robbed when we were out of the room and all our gold jewelery and cash was... more

Dear Trip Advisor, Greeting from the Dead Sea. We would like to clarify and comment on the review which was posted. The customer had claimed that some jewelleries were stolen from his “closed” in room safe. All of our rooms are equipped with CISA safe model “TSP Digit” , set up with 4 digit password ensuring full security and allowing...

A fantastic hotel with a truly excellent Therapy Centre. The therapy centre has an amazing Dermatologist, Dr tariq who attends the clinic on Wed and Sun. Many people come from all over Jordan to see him, and i will certainly return for treatment there. The physiotherapists are also excellent at the centre. All in all an excellent hotel with fantastic... more

super with children for some days. but not a lot to do. noisy environment since AC engines are everywhere. food (buffet) very much ok. there's something for all tastes. staff friendly but compared to rest of Jordan they lack second language skills. nice gardens, pools etc. access to dead sea could be better! more

After two poor experiences at Amman Kempinski and Petra Marriot, it was a real pleasure to stay here. From check-in to check-out everything was perfect. Good sized room, very friendly staff, good food in the Village restaurants, and a beautiful hotel. I would recommend it without hesitation, and will definitely go back. more

This Spa hotel is very popular with locals and t is hard to get any booking, expecially at the week ends. It has bungalows, some with own pools, through a garedn down to the Dead Sea. There are two hotel pools. Excellent for families. I ate at their very good Italican restaurant. Other restaurants too. The mineral spa is fab.... more

This was an excellent place. Far beyond what I thought it would be like taking a break in the Middle East. From the moment we arrived to when we left, staff was friendly as well as being helpful. Although it is the biggest hotel I've ever stayed in, it was not overwhelming and other visitors were friendly. After having breakfast,... more

Stayed at this Movenpick last week. A couple of pointers - - As already said, ask for a room in the village. These rooms were well equipped, good size. We did have a few issues with broken A/C unit and bath drainage, but both were fixed in an instant by lovely staff. The check in is terrrible. We were waiting... more

Found this to be the best of the Movenpick’s in Jordan (also stayed at the Petra and Aqaba hotels) Liked the hotel but just a couple of tips: 1., Make sure you ask for a room in the village. We were in the annex (starts with a Y on the room number) and it was a good 10 minute walk... more
