The Pera Rose is in a great location, about 10 minutes walk from Taskim Square or a 20 minute walk to the Bazaar Quarter (downhill that is!). I stayed here on business - plus points are price, location (handy for best restaurants and bars in Beyoglu area) and helpful staff. Rooms aren't spectacular but comfortable and quiet. The food is ok too. They do need to work on the wireless internet connection which kept needing a reboot. Oh and there's a nice hamam in the basement! more
