I would recommend this place to anyone considering staying in koh samui. The rooms are very spacious and hot overlooking one of the pool areas. There is access to the beach from the rear of the resort and the front of the resort has shops and everything else you would want. Walking distance to shops restaurants bars etc.. We booked a deluxe garden suite - they're small. Service was average and smiles were seldom. We stayed Xmas eve, Xmas Day and Boxing Day. What was disappointing for us was the Xmas gala.
