Hotel is not ranked as claimed to be award winner. Staff made an effort to give a friendly service but very poor communication skills. 1. Major problem is the internet cafe. The Suan Dusit Hotel is attached to the Hospitality teaching facility of the Suan Dusit University. The rooms are a bit dated, but very clean and the staff are friendly.
