We stayed here for three nights coming in from Europe before heading off to a 3 week trip. The hotel is huge and we got a bit lost upon arrival wandering around trying to find check-in as we arrived at tower different from the one we were supposed to stay at. Or room was huge, a bit worn, but fair,... more

This was my first trip to Thailand for my friend's pre-wedding event on the way to Japan 1 week later. We stayed from 29 July - 5 Aug 2008. Summary: Overall, the hotel was a nice one with good facilities overall, but the hotel security was a major disappointment as we were hassled every night whenever we brought local friends... more

We thought this hotel look great as it has just what we were looking for (2 bedrooms) but when we checked in we were quite disapointed that the room looked nothing like the pictures on the internet, it was SO much smaller. The hotel did have it's plus points one being the swimming pools and there not seeming to be... more

My background is working in 5* hotels so I know a little about the business. Expedia gives this hotel 3 ½ *** so I am not expecting 5* service. Actually I chose this hotel mainly due to the great rate and swimming pool. This was a quick trip for me coming from Phuket, as I checked in on Friday morning... more

This huge hotel in Central Bangkok is great when travelling with (young) children. They have suite rooms for an affordable price making it easy to combine quality time together and having a family vacation. The 2 pools are attractive to the kids as well. We didn't have the problems as mantioned in other reviews that taxi's didn't want to drive... more

We booked this place for 5 nights but our incoming flight was delayed so much that we'd ended up physically arriving on the 2nd day. We called ahead the day before to check in over the phone so the room would be ready for us when we arrived at 5am. They said that this was totally ok and everything was... more

This was a very good experience with the cool swipe cards in the room. But we got lost in one of the towers since there were 4. The brekky was great with sushi, dim sims, egg (wasn't too nice) and some spaghetti. I didn't feel this was a breakfast more like a brunch. The pool was very clean someone must... more

The hotel does a good job at promoting itself - looks great on paper and nothing is untrue - but! First the good, its cheap, rooms are big and relatively clean (except for the black mold around the bath sealant - seems to be common these days in hotels but drives me crazy!). The pool area is nice and there... more

The Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok is one amazing place. Being our first time to Bangkok we didn't know what to expect. We arrived at about 9pm and were greeted by friendly staff and amazing decor. It really doe look like a palce!! We checked in and the room we recieved had two single beds which we didn't not book, so... more
