Stayed in this hotel for one night as I had to be at the airport early to catch a flight. This is THE worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff were amongst the rudest I have ever met which is unusual for Thailand. The room was big enough but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. This put... more

It's clean enough, the rooms are huge, the bathroom is decent. We stayed twice for one night each time and both rooms had a bit of a musty smell. There is free drinking water, and breakfast is decent, staff is not especially friendly, it is close to the airport and moderately priced. For a night or on a layover it's... more

Not really, but if I did, this would be the place to find one. Horrendous. I'm not a diva and can "rough it", if you will, but the first room we got was just not, well, clean. At all. Dirty, unmade bed, stinky Goodwill smell (if you've ever been in one, you KNOW the smell), etc. I requested a clean... more

I'd prepaid this place online based on seemingly decent reviews at the time. The hotel itself is shabby but seemed functional until I saw the room. The room was downright disgusting. The smell was overpowering, there were stains all over the carpet, and I was afraid to touch anything. There was no question I was not staying. Within 10 minutes,... more

This hotel is in need of a face lift. Shabby decore, old beds, carpet and furniture. We were supposed to have an aranged pick up from the airport, but it did not show despite waiting around and calling them over the intercom. We paid for a taxi to get there in the end and they refused to refund the fare.... more

We arrived at 11:45 PM after travelling 30 + hours. We were met promptly and checked in within 2 minutes. The breakfast was great the next morning and away we went back to the airport to fly to another city. Two airport transfers and breakfast for $43!!!! The room was large and cool, nothing special but the bed sure felt... more

You get what you pay for and this Hotel is definately not the Ritz, but you should not expect that. They provide large, clean rooms and reliable trnasfers to and from the airport. Our transfers to the hotel were delayed due to traffic jams at the airport, which meant we were waiting at the airport waiting for the shuttle bus... more

I imagine that we arrived to the Suites Airport Hotel (no longer called Comfort Suites) post renovation. Our room seemed to have brand new carpet and a few updated pieces of furniture. It was clean and the air-conditioning worked well. The restaurant wasn't too pricey and cooked up an extremely delicious cheeseburger. The Phad Thai was good too. In the... more

Good no nonsense hotel 10-20 mins from the airport. Rooms are large and clean although you may want the desk to spray for mosquitos when you get there. sound insulation is good so the planes taking off do not impose. (I'm a light sleeper and had no problem) Excellent for early morning flights with reliable shuttle on the hour. Wake... more

We too stayed at this hotel despite all the reviews, as we were arriving late in Bangkok after a domestic flight from Krabi, and were flying back to Australia early the next morning. Have to agree with all the reviews. Very old, dilapadated and dirty. I agree with everyone - the carpet in the rooms was sticky and dirty. Barely... more
