To be fair to the hotel, the rooms in the NEW wing were pretty good -clean, decent size. Staff were friendly. It was NOT like what some previous guests posted the ghastly photos - apparently, that was the OLD wing! Good value for the price paid. Hotel location is choice - you can walk to Yaowarat Chinatown for seafood dinners... more

After reading a few negative reviews on here, Bangkok Centre came as a surprise. Definitely not a top notch business hotel but a fair value for money. I found my room on the 8th floor to be fine...neat and clean, fresh towels daily, soap and shampoo provided. Free bottled water and coffee everday in the room. Buffet breakfast was good... more

We stayed there two weeks ago. In typical chinese style the lobby was very impressive and the rooms absolutely disgusting. We paid 1500B (approx. 50aud and this was about $30 too much) for a double room. This hotel has very simple room but you get what you pay for. We stayed here with two kids and for us the room was very small and we only got three beds. The location is quite good, close to the railway and subway station. The man outside wich offer you taxi is very expensive. It´s better to walk to... more

The hotel is ok, rooms need a bit fixing but overall great bargain place. Breakfast was very simple. 100m to metro station which is a real convenience in this city; only 5 minutes to Silom road and there you can change to BTS SkyTrain if you need to. I recommend for budget travellers. more
