Great hotel ,massive room, wish we stayed longer than 1 night. Didnt get a free ride to airport but got taxi on street which was much cheaper than in hotel. Long way from anywhere if you plan on seeing Bangkok more

I booked this hotel for a stopover in Bangkok on our way to Phuket. I didn't pay attention, and assumed "airport" meant it was near the new airport in Bangkok. This is not the case. this place was fine for one night. the room was huge, 3 queen beds. the transfer to the hotel was late.And we didn't trust the lift it was small and closed on you in about 5 sec. but we thought that this hotel was worth our $20 bucks more

Despite the reviews stating that this hotel was less than satisfactory, we decided to try it anyway. Our int'l flight arrived in Bangkok at 2am and we had a domestic flight to catch at 9:30am.
