THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO SUBMITTED A REVIEW ON TRIP ADVISOR FOR THIS HOTEL. YOUR INPUT WAS INVALUABLE AND WAS A KEY FACTOR TO US HAVING A GOOD TIME WHILE STAYING HERE. My husband, two kids and mother-in-law stayed at the Disneyland Hotel the last week of September 2008. I had read all the reviews on TripAdvisor and knew what... more

Our family of 19 stayed at the Disneyland Hotel from Sept 3-6th . It was a great time! We had originally stayed off site but by the 3rd day of our stay, decided to move onsite due to hotel problems. I called the hotel directly and within two hours we were booked into our rooms and unpacked. It was a... more

We're Disneyland annual passholders and frequenters of the resort. I thought I'd write a new review in light of our recent visit. We were there 9/18-9/21 of this year. Our previous trips have been a dream come true, but this was one wasn't so magical. I booked my room in FEB for a SEPT stay, well in advance. Reqested my... more

This was our first stay in the Disneyland Hotel. We've been to Disneyland a lot... stayed at the Paradise Pier, Staybridge, Crown Plaza, and #1 rated Double Tree (at least on tripadvisor as of this writing) The Disneyland Hotel is much older compared to the above mentioned hotels and would still be our first choice on our next stay. You... more

I haven's stayed here in over 10 years, I always opt for either the Grand Cal or the Paradise, so thought I'd try this again since it was my "Little" cousin's 21st, and the hotel just had to be the original. Aside from draining your pockets, the really outdated building, old smell, cramped dark hallways, carpet nails coming through, worn... more

I had stayed here before the major Downtown Disney construction and didn't know if it would still be as convenient. Many reviews made the rooms sound old and shabby. It's true the rooms are older, and some of the fixtures reflect that. However, the rooms are spacious, and our adjoining rooms each had a small sofa, chair and desk, and... more

The hotel lobby was kept very nice. The pool was clean, but always ran out of places for people to sit. The rooms were quite old and in need of updating. There were worms coming out of the wall and into the bathtub while I was bathing. Complained quietly to the service desk and they offered us another room, but... more

We stayed at the Disneyland Hotel for two nights. The only problem that we encountered was, upon entering the room, it wasn't clean. I called housekeeping, and while we went to dinner it was taken care of. The room and the property were well maintained. The outside of the building looks old fashioned, but I felt that was part of... more
