We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights a couple weeks ago. We were given a room on the third floor at the far end which turned out to be nice and quiet. The free breakfast in Captain Kidd's was nothing fancy, but served the purpose as to not head to Disneyland on an empty stomach. Most mornings the large... more

I'm writing this as a warning to other travelers to Disneyland in Anaheim, California, to beware of incorrect room quotes for this hotel. Our room quote was given to us as ONE price total for two connecting rooms. We obviously needed 2 rooms for 4 adults and two little children. When we arrived, the desk gave us one key for... more

This review is kindda late but, better later then never. This hotel very much met our expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Including a microwave and frig. Were used everyday! It was so nice to go back to a room at the end of a wonderful day at Disneyland that was quiet and comfortable. We... more

We stayed here on September 18 and 19. There were three of us (parents and an adult son). We had a king suite with a sofa bed for our son. I booked us through the Best Western website and got the AAA rate of $89.10 per night. With tax (15% in Anaheim) it came to $102.47. This price included free... more

The location is just perfect. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The rooms were average, with a musty smell when we first got there. Had to use a strong air freshner. I didnt like the beds/pillows at all. It was not very comfortable. We had rooms overlooking the pool on the third floor. There were people... more

Most important feature: Very closest motel on Harbor Blvd to the Disneyland pedestrian entrance. Step over the hotel driveway and you're at the stoplight to enter Disneyland. Rooms: Room 165 was completely refurbished--very clean, excepting carpets. Nicest rooms we've stayed in on Harbor Blvd. Coffeepot serves 1 cup at a time. Shower pressure fair; shower temperature consistent. In our King/sofa... more

After reading some of the reviews, I must admit I was rather leary of this hotel. I have stayed at Paradise Pier and the Grand Californian on previous visits. I was pleasantly suprised! The front desk staff was courteous and helpfull, even though we arrived at 11am, they gave us our parking pass although there were no rooms ready to... more

My two other friends and I (all girls) stayed at the best western in Anaheim this past weekend and it was ok. Now keep in mind we barely had any sleep because for some reason we decided to pull an all nighter and go down there so I was running on maybe 10 min of sleep by the time we... more

We went with our daughter & family, including our grandson with cystic fibrosis, to Disneyland and stayed at the Park Place Inn. They could not have been more accommodating! I explained to Sherry, the front desk manager, what our special needs would be: quiet room in the back for his naps and therapy, extra clean, etc. She arranged everything perfectly.... more

My husband and I stayind at the Park Place Inn in April with our 3 children (ages 7,6 and 2). We had a mini-suite, which had 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, which we fully utilized. I liked that the toilet/shower was seperate from the sink/vanity area...it made getting ready much easier. The free continental breakfast was a... more
