Stayed here in February 08 as part of a whistlestop backpack trip (Marbella, Ronda, Cordoba, Torremolimos). Only stayed one night, but would have enjoyed longer, as both the hotel and the town merited it. The Polo is on the corner of a town block, near the very centre and I was lucky enough to be given a corner room (109).... more

We stayed at the apartments, which are at a separate location, at some distance from the hotel, in the old city of Ronda. We booked online, by selecting the apartment option for Hotel Polo on Booking.com. I've also noticed them advertised as a separate property, under the name of “Apartamentos El Polo”. Either way, you check in and pick up... more

I stayed at this hotel with my dad for one night. We had a twin room which was quite small but clean and tidy and as we weren't going to be spending much time in the hotel, this was fine with us. Don't expect luxuries, the rooms are basic. The bathroom was also clean - no complaints there. In fact... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a night's stopover in Ronda. This hotel is abosolutely brilliant for the price! We mentioned to the gentleman on reception that we wouldnt be there for breakfast as we had to wake up early and he offered to prepare a picnic! So upon departure we had a sandwich, drink, yogurt, fruit.....brilliant.... more

After checking reviews on accommodation we chose the Hotel Polo in Ronda. What a stroke of good fortune was that? Late in the evening approaching Ronda the first signpost greeting us was directing us to the Hotel Polo which we found at the first try! That really said it all because from then on our stay at the Hotel Polo... more

My family of four recently spent a night at the Polo. It was just what I had hoped for: personality, comfort and value. My kids (young teens) loved the comfy downstairs lounge that offered a computer, books and a television. Our air-conditioned room, tastefully and simply appointed, was spacious and accomodated all of us. My husband and I enjoyed a... more

We arrived, dropped off our luggage and found a parking spot on the street (avoid yellow kerbs). Our double room was large, as was the bathroom. The views were into the street from a balcony and also into a light well. The room was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable- although few Spanish hotels expect you to get... more

We recently stayed 2 nights in beautiful Ronda. Because we are a family of 4 we had 2 hotel rooms. Rooms are clean and very basic. Bathroom worked, but in need of an overhaul to modernise. Bath towels also need replacing as their use by date is clearly up. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Downstairs has a smart looking... more

Location was good, staff were friendly, room was dreadful. We had a room with no natural light - unless you leaned out of the window and looked right up! And the most off-putting thing, the brown water...we filled up the bath and it was the colour of mud. Ronda worth a days visit, but not a night stay. If you... more

We arrived after a long drive from Granada to find Ronda beautiful but not the best place to drive through. After finding the hotel it took a little time to find a place to park. TOP TIP. Park outside, unload then drive around to find a spot. Failing that there is a pay carpark round the corner that is discounted... more
