The room is tidy with plenty of sunshine. The bed is on the soft side which doesn't offer much support. Service is very efficient and staff very friendly. Three problems occurred at this hotel which were unfortunate but probably not characteristic: a. The person who serviced our room was probably in training and the room was very inadequately serviced - there were long black hairs everywhere in the room and bathroom, for a start; Novotel acknowledged this and compensated with a bottle of wine. b. Booked thru Accor it was unfortunately not our best experience. We were given bottom floor room next to the noisy laundry. I am sure others had a better experience but probably better value around. more
