Have stayed in this hotel twice now. First time was for 10 days in 2006 and second time for a week in 2007. We had 2 double beds so that accommodated our family of 4. This hotel is a 3 and Half star hotel as shown on there web page and is what you would expect. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant has great views. The hotel is a little old but it is in the middle of everthing and is clean and tidy. more

The hotel was in a great location. You can walk all over City Center from the hotel, and there are lots of great restaurants close to the hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to sort out our reservation. more

This hotel was fine. The room was clean and it had all the normal mod cons you'd expect from any city centre hotel. Reception staff were pretty friendly and helped in providing local tourist information. The saving grace about this hotel was the breakfast. This hotel was really lovely, our room was nice quite small but perfectly formed. The staff were really nice and helpful and there was quite alot of information available about Auckland. The hotel did have a laundry room but it was not advertised so we had to ask them. The gym was really good with great views over the docks.... more
