I spent 3 nights here. It is walking distance to any thing in the CBD and also the twin rooms are large and have a division in them so you sort of have you own room when sharing, very good for sharing with friends. To top off staff were all very friendly. more

This was a good value hotel close to central city, We initally got a room that was plesant but without a view, a quick call to the front desk resulted in a much better room with views of the Harbour Bridge. This is a good hotel as a base and close to the Casino as well. more

Loved it, huge room, spotlessly clean, speedy and friendly check-in and checkout, great location, taxi rank outside, couldn't fault except for little view from room. Would recommend. more

This is a good business hotel or a convenient base for exploring CBD area. There is nothing exciting about the decoration or facility, but it is a good comfortable and clean hotel that provides a lot services either business traveler or leisure traveler desires ( such as coin laundry facility in hotel wing, or full kitchen and laundry in tower... more

Stayed here on business for 2 nights, which was probably 2 nights too much. There was nothing terribly bad about it just an extremely bland and boring hotel with dated furniture and decor and absolutely nothing to it at all. Bed was average, room was depressingly small and dated, I had utterly depressing views over the inside of the hotel... more

We only live 15 minutes away (we can almost see the hotel from home!) and are non drinkers, but the company had booked one room too many for a staff Christmas meal in the city, so we stayed the one night. Having visited the hotel in a previous life, as a department store, it came as quite a surprise to... more

We felt that this is an excellent choice in the CBD. We stayed here for the night Sat 5/4 as we had a function on and couldn't be bothered driving home. Admitingly there was a fault with the check in (probably Wotifs problem) - though it was 10pm when we turned up and the service that we received from the... more

The Heritage is in a good location, a short stroll from the casino, plenty of Restaurants and cafes and an Irish pub next door. Checkout service was a little slow, even though there were three staff behind the counter and I was the only one at reception. I am constantly amazed how often I find that hotel staff have more... more

A rather depressing experience at this hotel during my tour of New Zealand. Tucked away in a rather noisy side street close to some massage parlours of a dubious nature. The internal decoration looked very tired and in need of a revamp whilst my room was well, just grubby. The air conditioning vents looked as though they hadn’t seen a... more
