I started staying at Quest on King William in December 2006 and have noticed great changes with service, cleanliness and overall feel during this period. There was a change of management in early 2007 which may have been the reason for this. Reception staff have been great and i now feel like part of the family. The rooms seem brighter... more

Excellant mid priced hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms good size and clean. Close to everything in the city, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. more
