No welcome mat out at this establishment. We arrived on a sunny afternoon, to find a basement type apartment with every light on and doors wide open, The fact is that, when all lights are off it is virtually pitch black, so lights had to stay on at all times. The Pavilions is in a excellent location. The staff are friendly and helpful Our room, a basement, was very dark, we needed the lights on 24/7.
