As other reviewers have indicated, unless you are willing to pay for a Club room, this hotel is not 5*. This is compounded by the lack of a pool and an 'indpendent' in-house gym (which closes at 12pm on Sat and Sun!). Also beware that there is currently a very large demolition project underway directly opposite the standard room windows... more

What can i say , booked into a 5 star Sofitel and expected to get a 5 star experience and found the rooms very small.. Excellant location but room overlooked a office block so no views and had to keep the curtains shut all the time for privacy . Expected more and will not stay here again as its nots... more

We have previously stayed at the Sofitel Wentworth, however their recent refurbishment, including the Sofitel Club is quite spectacular.
