We stayed here one night in August and will definitely return. The hotel is very nice and Paul, the owner, is also. He is very helpful and highlighted sights, the market, and a pub on a map. The hotel is exceptionally clean and conveniently located in a quiet area that is a pleasant 10 minute walk from the town center.... more

This was our first visit to Brugge and to the Hotel Fevery, and we were very impressed. The hotel is north of the centre in a quiet square overlooked by St Giles Church. It is a pleasant walk to the centre of town along cobbled streets beside pretty canals. Paul, the hotel owner, is the soul of courtesy and helpfulness,... more

A very friendly, convenient place to stay in Bruges/Brugge. Simple (spotless) rooms, fairly plain breakfast, at a reasonable price. more

I don't want to say anything negative about this hotel as the owner is so very friendly, however this more like a B&B you get in the UK or Ireland rather than a hotel. more

We stayed for two nights at the Hotel Fevery in Bruges. We learned of this hotel through tripadvisor reviews and we were not disappointed. The location was excellent, a beautiful ten minute walk to the town square along canals. Upon arrival, Paul greeted us with a map of the town along with several suggestions for things to do in Bruges.... more

The hotel is nicely situated on a quiet street not far from town and within easy walking distance to Market Square along some of most picturesque canals I have ever seen. Parking was free and easy because it was Sunday. We found our room to be clean and sufficient for our needs except for the under-powered hairdryer. Our unfortunate experience... more

Management response from
Paul Asselman, Owner

Very sorry and my sincere appologies! To future guests : A Belgian breakfast is normaly cold (bread,toast,cereals,yoghurt,fruit,cheese,ham,..) with eggs as only hot item. Belgian waffles are eaten at tea time... The hairdryer does dry your hair but doesn't style it. Please bring your own if that is important to you.

Generally when booking hotels we would research these using the Trip Advisoir Website and we found the reviews which many people submitted very helpful and useful. We stayed for a week and found Paul very helpful and friendly and not intrusive at all. The hotel is very clean and the staff are all very friendly. The breakfast which was served... more

We stayed at the Fevery earlier this week, and found it to be comfy and clean. The room was small, but very adequate, and Paul was extremely knowledgeable and helpful; he even gave us tips about Ghent after we had already checked out! Hotels and dining in Bruges are generally pretty expensive, so we considered ourselves very lucky to have... more

We spent 5 nights in this hotel as two couples, so we booked two double rooms. My first impression of the hotel came when I made the booking via phone. Paul, the owner, was extremely helpful, flexible and polite. When we arrived to the hotel he greeted me on my name what is also polite that he remembered. The rooms... more

The owner of the Hotel Fevery in Brugge made our stay even more wonderful than we anticiapated. It began when Paul (owner of the hotel) when he drove to the center of town and personally led us to the hotel. We rented a car and could not locate his hotel as our GPS was not working well in Belgium. We... more
