Located off the beaten path, but you can still walk everywhere. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is lovely, served in intimate garden setting. But most of all, what sets this B&B apart is the owner, Mr. Mattia. This B&B is in a quiet area of Venice but still very close to vaporetto stops and within walking distance of the main tourist sites like Rialto and St Marks Square. We had a nice and clean room at this B&B, in a old restored building over a small canal. We had a minor misunderstanding with Mr.Mattia in the arriving day, wich made us walk through rainy Venice for about an hour. But once installed, and following Mattia's tips, you will forget any bad first impression. After all, Venice is amazing. more
