Stayed here for two nights in December. A wonderful hotel- very centrally located- about a 2 minute walk to the vaparetto stop- and from there you can go anywhere. 20 minute walk to St. Marks. We stayed in July and loved every minute. Reasonably priced and away from the bustle and noise of the more tourist areas but close walking distance to any part of Venice. The staff are friendly, informative and helpful. The square itself was very evocative and has made me interested in learning more about the area. more

We stayed here last November for a couple of days before we joined an escorted tour. We had the junior suite that looked out onto the square and had a cute terrace. I would sit out there to people watch. It's not in a very touristy area, which is great. A short walk and you're on the Lista di Spagna.... more
