Fantastic hotel in a great location. We got an upgrade to the room with balcony overlooking the canal and square - fabulous. Only fault was the fridge in the room was too warm (a minor thing really). Spent 3 nights here with our two teenaged children and had a lovely stay. We had the Falier Suite which was beautiful and our children had room 101 (!) which was next door.
