We booked two rooms in this hotel for our family of four (my husband and I were traveling with our teenage sons), and stayed three nights. While the boys' room with two single beds was a decent size, our room with a double bad was unusually cramped, even by the scaled-down expectations we were used to for European hotels. The... more

We loved this hotel. We stayed in the beginning of July. Rooms are very clean and Paolo and all of his staff are great (Boris and the woman who worked the breakfast room were especially nice!). Great location and Paolo makes you feel like you are family. While staying here we did not feel like tourists. The breakfast was good... more

The hotel itself is in a fantastic location near the central train/metro/bus station. The street on which the hotel is located is pleasant and quiet (considering how noisy Rome is) with a Pharmacy, a local cafe (located just across the street) and about five restaurants all populated with local diners. The room we stayed in was very clean with all the... more

This is a very nice hotel a short walk from the main train station. Not close to the tourist sites, but a nice neighborhood, quiet with resturants close by. We walked, took subways and were able to get where we needed post haste. Breakfast was more than adequate and the staff was matter of fact and helpful. Rooms clean with... more

Great small hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the main tran station and local transportation. Due to noise and prices we never stay in "city centers." Hotel Crosti is a great value and in a nice location if you do not mind walking 5-10 minutes to the underground subway. The hotel staff was extremely nice. The free breakfast... more

Our stay at the Crosti was very enjoyable. We walked from the Roma Termini train station to the hotel (it took us 15 - 20 min.). We stayed at the Crosti June 4th through June 7th and again on June 15th. On both occasions the room was very pleasant. The desk clerks were very nice and friendly. We especially liked... more

We stayed in two different rooms, both were comfortable, clean with modern fixtures and fittings. The room on the first landing was the better room, with easy access, larger room and opening windows in bathroom and bedroom. The room on the first floor was located through two sets of awkward security doors and a flight of stairs through and up... more

We've just returned from a 40th Birthday Weekend trip to Rome and stayed at the Crosti Hotel. We booked rooms online via the Ryanair website finding the Crosti Hotel the most reasonably priced accomodation in a location that made it easy to get to all the sights. The Termini Station and Metro were a 10 minute walk away, with the... more

Cozy, compact little hotel about a 10-minute walk from Termini train station. Rome's sidewalks are a bit bumpy if you're dragging luggage, though. If you take a taxi to Crosti Hotel, don't pay more than 10 euros. The staff is professional and helpful although they are a little stiff and may seem unfriendly. The breakfast was very nice and the... more

We booked at the Crosti for two nights after reading reviews on TripAdvisor. My husband and I were travelling with our daughter, aged 4 1/2. We were very pleased with the accommodations. We got a little lost walking from the Termini to the hotel, but that's not the hotel's fault! Don't attempt it with large rolling suitcases. The cobbles will... more
