We had a good deal that included free transport tickets for the city, but not breakfast which looked terrible anyway. Stayed here for two nights. A bit of confusion because they had my reservation for 1 person when I had reserved for two. Then I was sent to a room which wasn't made up. This is a great Hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and the best Location in Kassel. The Die Bahn (Train station) is 500 feet away. But it is not loud, seedy, or anything you would think in USA. This hotel offers reakl value for money!. The rooms are very tidy and have everything you might expect from a hotel in this class. The staff is very friendly, the restaurant is excellent. Only the location is not fantastic, behind one of the rail-way stations and far from town although the public transport in Kassel is of high quality more
