My wife and I and son stayed in what can only be described as a suite. The room was excellent in terms of facilities, size etc. We were very impressed with the staff who helped us in many ways including giving us directions to Union Berlin FC!! We booked a standard room online, and we were pleasantly surprised upon checkin after a rough day of train travel. We checked in around 10pm and were told that we had been upgraded. Hard to add anything. Hotel is superbly located. Rooms are amazing. Staff helpful, a nice touch is apples at reception for anyone to take. There is a sauna on the 7th floor. Would not consider going elsewhere in Berlin (having stayed in many different accommodations and areas). more
