While my husband was on a business trip, we stayed in this hotel for two and half weeks. The staff is friendly and courteous. Breakfast was wonderful! The buffet breakfast included cereals, pancakes, fried and boiled eggs, fruits, yoghurts, cheese and meat. The room was a little worn, but it was clean and had a comfortable bed. I have now stayed in this hotel on 5 occasions. Our company always use it as our hotel when exhibiting at the Messe. The standard of their service is consistently high, with the same staff retained year after year. Seeing the same faces makes you feel instantly at home... It was a couple of years ago, but I came into Munich on an overnight train from Cologne, and wanted to find a place to stay for the night. While it is not located in the middle of the city, the train ride (subway) was fairly short. I always tell my friends that the Am Moosfeld stop was so clean... more

Very friendly, family run hotel. Faultless service. If you have to be away from home, this is the hotel that best eases the separation. I cannot recommend this hotel high enough, it beats all the chains hands down. Go on, try it! more
