This hotel is well located just outside of the Munich Main Train Station. Its a 10-15 min walk to the main town area (we walked the distance even in -6 degree temperatures!). The hotel is directly opposite the side entrance to the north railway station. The Lufthansa bus from the airport stops across the street. It is a five minute walk to the Stacchus which is the start of pedestrianised zone. The location is superb for the shops, museums, Konigsplatz and Brienner Strasse. All are within 5 minutes walk. We stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is lovely, nice bar and restaurant and fairly good value for money. Rooms were large and well equipped and the staff friendly. The location is good with lots of shops and Marienplatz within a few mins walk (lovely at Christmas.) I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich. more
