About 5 minute walk to the beach. Rooms are a bit tired, but they have everything you need to prepare your own meals, so gives you an option rather than having to eat out every night. Laundromat also on site. Fold out couch for a bed which was average. They do have air-con though- an essential if staying down here... more

My wife and I stayed for 10 days in this apartment hotel and are very pleased with the stay. Clean room with good facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. The parking garage though is very narrow and we almost did not get our Volvo up and down. On the other hand when buses just cost € 1 and takes... more

We were delighted with our appartment, on the 7th floor, with a large balcony and facing the garden - very quiet at night. The appartment was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. more

We had a one bedroom apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. It was of a good size but very tired with a number of things not working. The washing machine and dryer were both broken and the staff were rude and unhelpful. The sofa bed was extremely uncomforatble and broken at the bottom. I would not return this hotel. more

The studio apartments were clean and the kitchen worked well. The free internet worked like a charm, although they seem to be blocking skype. (Use a VPN if you want to get around the block) They are good about holding luggage for you after you checkout. The location was pretty good --- next to a bus stop that had easy... more

We frequently stay in Citadines properties as we travel with kids and prefer more space than the similarly-priced hotels provide. This property is typical of Citadines, IMO. It is clean, well situated and value priced. The 1 bedroom apt was more than adequate - we were not looking for a resort experience so did not spend days at the hotel... more

OK, I'll start off with the positives.. Its a modern place to stay and being on the top floor gave us a great view. The balcony was nice. The kitchen came in handy. However, the airconditioning was not cold in our rooms so we had to leave the windows open which was noisy and bright. The pool was closed. The... more

My husband and I stayed here on May 19-23, and fully enjoyed our stay! We arrived by TGV from Paris, and took a taxi (15 euros with 3 bags) to the hotel. We booked a studio for 2, non-smoking, with a kitchentte. We were given Room #509 which has a nice, sunny balcony, with 2 chairs and table where enjoyed... more

For a family of four this was a poor choice. We left after one night even though we'd paid for two. The one bedroom studio smelled of old mutton. The bedroom was so small the door hit the bed when you opened it. Paint and carpet in need of freshening. Bathroom OK but toilet in separate room was so tiny... more

We stayed in Citadines Nice Promenade and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The studio, although small, was spotless and very pleasant with every amenity. Its a very good location for Nice with nice restaurants close at hand on the Promenade des Anglaises. We found the reception staff excellent and very helpful. We really did enjoy our stay and had a lovely... more
