this little hotel is a real gem. great location, easy access to all transportation and most sights. good array of shopping, food and resturant choices in easy walking distance. Perhaps the best aminity of this little hotel is the staff. All were friendly , helpful, knowledgable, and accessable. I will stay here again when in Paris, and highly reccommend it. more

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in July 2008. It is really well located for all the key city sites. Walking distance to the Eifel Tower and the subway and bus service are close by and easy to use. The hop on, hop off bus is also good to get a review of the city.... more

Wonderful hotel near the Rue de Cler. Walking distance to the Eiffel tower and in a nice area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms were small but clean and the people working were very helpfull. Definitely would recommend to my friends as a place to stay. more

A note to echo the other reviews. Very cosy, very accommodating and very friendly. Our double room was quite small but for the price it was amazing value. Staff very eager to help. Fantastic location - The building is built over the Metro like most of the rest of Central Paris but hardly noticeable. more

Hotel de La Motte Picquet was the best!! My friend and I were there for 5 nights and had the best time. The location is close to the Eiffel Tower and around the corner from Rue Cler where we found fresh fruit, crepes, quiche and several good restaurants. This was an outstanding little hotel in an excellent location and for the reasonable price, you won't find better. It is located on the corner of Rue Cler and Avenue de la Motte Picquet.
