The Quality on the quays in Dublin City is a real gem. I think they have managed to combine friendly down-to-earth service with stylish comfortable accomodation. In short, you get all the trimmings you expect from a modern hotel - but they go that extra mile - the staff make the difference, and this sets it apart from the stuffy... more

Average best describes this hotel; stayed there the last weekend in March with my husband and 10 year old son. Firstly I counted 11 high rise cranes working in the immediate vicinity; the hotel is in the middle of a building site, be under no illusion at the moment the location is terrible. There are no restaurants apart from the... more

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our hotel. Our hotel is located in an up and coming vibrant area and therefore there is a lot of construction within the area; unfortunately this is beyond our control. We look forward to welcoming you back to the hotel soon. Best Regards Ken Gilbride Operations Manager

i stayed here on good friday, 21st march. the hotel bar was closed due to the religious holiday which was a bit disappointing. however, the rate was was 130 euro for 2 adults and one child bed and breakfast, including a family day pass to the zoo! the room was clean and spacious and well equipped. i didnt use the... more

What a complete disappointment. We travelled in a group of 9 to stay at what we thought would be a good 'quality' hotel, especially chosen just outside of the city centre to avoid the noisy night life. After checking in myself and my friend were given the key to our room - number 105. We tried to find the said... more

Firstly the hotel is so faraway from everything, its a good 20-5 minute walk to the centre. Using taxis resulted in alot of expense The hotel seemed to be located in a business district, and the views were let down by construction work everywhere. I felt that the standard of the hotel, was definitley more like a 3 star than... more

Fine hotel with great facilities, clean and tidy, a little out of the centre of Dublin but it makes it ideal for quieter nights, and close enough to walk with ease. The hotel bar and restaurant were excellent and so is the gym facilities. I found Dublin itself a little disappointing, more of an Irish theme park and advertisment for... more

First of all I find it amazing how peoples opinions can differ about certain things. To start , the hotel is NOT in a good location. The docklands at the moment (and for the next few years) is just one big building site. The immediate area consists of only building sites. Give it a few years and im sure the... more

Nice hotel and a lot of good amenities but really not worth the 4 stars at all. Ive seen a lot of reviews complaing about the distance from the city centre and it is quite far. roughly 25 mins to o'connell street. the walls in the room are very very thin and we were woken at around 7.00 every morning... more

Stayed over Easter weekend 2008. Booked via their own website after trailing through dozens of search engines. Having been to Dublin before I didnt want to be somewhere to noisy. Great hotel..fab food..booked 3night dinners (3 course a la carte) and breakfast - loads of choice for £330 for 2 people. Would have spent double that eating in the city.... more

I booked this hotel through their wesite directly - an excellent rate of €138 for 2 adults +2 children over St Patricks Weekend to include B&B plus a family Zoo pass! I have to say, given the price I wasnt expecting a whole lot! We were allocated a room on the top floor away from all the hussle and bustle... more
