Lovely hotel with a great lobby. Rooms spacious and with all the luxury you can wish for with great palsma screen tv etc. Pity the area around it is not so nice..although there is a great theatre opposite the street where we went one evening for a comedian show. more

The staff was very attentive, helpful, and pleasant. The room was amazing. In fact, the air conditioning in our first room wasn't working well enough for our tastes (we like it ice cold). Decor reminded me of a Nikko. Very nice. Definitely deserves 5 stars. Impressed with earplugs and umbrella in room along with everything else. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.
