My daughter and I just returned from a weekend in Toronto and stayed at the Primrose. i was a little hesitant because of some of the reviews but we were very pleased with the hotel. The rooms were very updated and the beds were very comfortable! we stayed on the 15th floor but accidentally went to the 18 floor one... more

I just got back from a great weekend in the big T.O. My friends and I were down for a concert at the Pheonix night club and had a blast. We stayed at the Primrose Hotel as we were told it was close to the concet venue and it was (about $3 a person in cab fare) The hotel was... more

This was my 4th trip to Toronto and my second time staying at the Primrose Hotel. I stayed there for a conference in 2006 and was surprised at all the changes. They have done some renovations to the lobby area which is now a nice granite counter and some darker woods which look very warm and inviting. I also noticed... more

Location was a little out of the centre but within walking distance. Hotel was clean and staff polite but a litlle overpriced that said it was booked last minute so cant complain. Rooms were very comfortable and free internet access was available. more

Well on arriving at the hotel we was greated by a not so happy receptionist who was not very helpful. The reception area was ok seemed clean but very dark. When getting to our room the smell of cooking on our floor was not pleasant. Our room was very big with a kitchen area which we had not asked for... more

My wife and I have been staying at the Primrose Hotel for years. Simply put Its a clean, well run hotel, with excellent service at the front desk and very large rooms that look great. We are working people with three kids and we dont have a lot of quality time to spend together so when we get the chance... more

I stayed here for one night to watch the Rogers Cup. First impression, it was in a decent area, not too far from the central part of downtown with all the restaurants and I thought ok, not too bad. We then checked in and were told that the parking garage was full and that I could park on the street.... more

Had a stop over in Toronto on my way to Montreal and wound up at the Best Western Primrose Hotel (on Carltone St) Much larger Best Western than I've ever stayed at. Nice lobby. Freindly Staff. Large comfortable room & bed. Great wi-fi service too. Excellent breakfast in the AM as well. Staff was friendly, but not all that sure... more

We were recently in the city for a family members graduation and decided to make it into a family weekend getaway. Decided to stay at the Primrose mainly at first because everywhere else was so expensive due to a parade that weekend. Know the Best Western name means clean and affordable but little frills but gave it a try and... more
