I could not believe this place. The rooms are huge and very clean!! Short walk to all the places you want to see it Ottawa. I could not believe the room for the price we paid. Warning...the underground parking is very tight. Once you get into it you kind of have to tuck yourself into a little spot. more

The size of the suites really are amazing, I've seen many apartments smaller than this. The location is pretty good as well, a 10 minute walk or so to all the down town sites. We were very happy with the Albert at Bay suite. The rooms are huge and the full kitchen is a nice addition. The master bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. Went to spend Canada Day in Ottawa and stayed here. Some problems at checkin. We were given a suite with 1 queen bed when we requested a king. The queen is really a double in disguise. Ignore their packages, it's all fluff. The gym is nice and clean but no pool (which is nice if you're staying someplace and don't want to be surrounded by kids).
