I loved it. I took a suite, and had a small balcony with door. Was able to sleep with door opened, to get fresh air. The suite was facing a quiet street, so never had traffic noise. The hotel was very nice although the rooms were a little on the small size and the chamber maids were slow. I did not experience any of the criticisms listed by others but had a few minor ones of my own.
