Oh My Gosh, I have never experienced a more accomodating staff. My wife and kids were treated like royalty. We paid $15.00 extra to have a balcony and harbourview. Worth every penny!!!!! As many people have noted, the hotel is under renovation. Currently, balcony access is closed off for exterior work.
