Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and easy to reach. No, you're not downtown, but the bus system in Vancouver is quite extensive and with a bus stop right in front of the hotel we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go quickly with a minimum of hassle. Noisy. Booked a twin room which I presumed meant two beds when I arrived I was told a twin room was one kingsize bed, had to end up sleeping on a pull-out portable bed (not comfortable). Charged twice on my credit card, still waiting on this to be sorted. more

Overall a lousy experience. Staff and management were not helpful. Location and room were not great. Lobby was filthy. Opted to go to Dennys rather than eat at the dirty restaurant. more

Very well priced.Rooms are clean and reasonably updated.Bed is comfortable.Bathroom is simple but nice. Air conditioner is quiet and modern.Only negative is the loud closing front door to the room,keep the air on and you won't be bothered. more
