I've stayed here about a half dozen times for various work trips to Vancouver and I can't get over how good of a deal this place is for Vancouver. My corporate rate gets me a room between $90 - 129 throughout the year depending on the season. Take a look at the pictures posted by the other reviewers to get... more

Stayed three nights after being on RCI Alaska cruise. Got a shuttle bus from the ship to the Hotel took about 25 minutes. We arrived at the hotel before the stated check in time but were able to leave our luggage which was put in our rooms by hotel staff later. Room very tidy, we were on the 26th floor... more

We stayed here at the end of our holiday for 2 nights, we were very impressed, we were upgraded to a superior room at no extra cost. Noisy if balcony door left open at night but what you would expect from a city centre location, loved to hear the hum of the traffic. Very clean and comfortable. Used the Bistro... more

We arrived mid evening, and due to a servicability problem with the room we had originally booked on a higher floor, we were upgraded to a family room. It was on the 29th floor, and was wonderful, extremely spacious with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, very clean, with a balcony and large, panoramic windows on two sides with spectacular views of... more

Vancouver was our last stop on a short vacation. When we first walked into our room, my husband and I were disappointed with the 60s-like decor. However, we quickly grew to love it. Our king-size bed was very, very comfortable and we both slept very well. Our room was quiet despite being across from the bank of elevators. We had... more

Following the advice of other contributors to Trip Advisor, booked the hotel directly, and was not disappointed. To the contrary, found the hotel not only perfectly situated on Robson Street, but also very comfortable. Two queen sized beds on the 21st floor with a wonderful view. Much larger room than in most hotels; beautifully appointed. Would definitely recommend this hotel... more

Had a nice stay, friendly staff, VERY comfortable beds, nice size rooms, my only complaint would be that the bathtub/shower area needs to be renovated - it's quite worn. more

The position of this hotel could not be better on Robson Street but be warned if you are on a low floor facing the front the traffic noise is dreadful and also the noise from the night club in the small hours of the morning. The hotel needs an update especially regarding their double glazing they need triple glazing. So... more

Our room on the 28th Floor did not appear to have been vacuumed and the fridge was sticky. The hotel is centrally located on Robson which is good but also very very noisy as the traffic never stops. We had an extremely obnoxious guest above us that we could hear talking, smell the cigarette smoke from their balcony (in a... more

We stayed at the Blue Horizon for 2 nights in mid August in the middle of a Washington/Canada Roadtrip. We looked hard to find a hotel with a good location and the right price and this was it. The room was simple but clean and a nice size. The beds were comfortable. The location on Robson St was superb. Very... more
