I read some reviews before booking and I agree with others that this hotel is a good location and excellent value! The room had everything, was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the concierge was very cheerful and obliging. There were plenty of staff around, I can't see where they are economising at all. Accepted AAA for a discount which was a plus. Rooms were small but clean. Housekeeping let themselves into our room without knocking 2 hours prior to check out which was rather alarming.
