I consulted TripAdvisor reviews as the basis for finding a good value hotel close to the Calgary airport. I ended up selecting the Quality Hotel because of the price, free 24 hour shuttle to airport, and reviews on this web site. My entire extended family (3 couples) were very disapointed with the accomodations. Here's the laundry list of things that... more

I sat in a conference at the hotel for over 7 hours. The rooms flooring was like the ocean. It was completely uneven and my chair was at a difficult angle. The windows seeped cold air through them. It felt as if i was near an air conditioner on full blast. I had to put on a winter jacket and... more

I was in Calgary on business and stayed here for one night. The hotel appeared a little bit older but it looked like they were trying to renovate it. Some of the furniture looked new but they did a sloppy job in upgrading the rooms, there were numerous holes in the walls from moving pictures and hangers around. Their bed... more

We had to stay at this hotel as the conference was being held here and for overall convenience of parking, etc. we stayed and endured. Otherwise, we would have left immediately. The corridors rugs were dirty, musty, lobby was not impressive and distinct odors of a refuse (like a refuse was nearby and the odors were coming in the building... more

Sept 9th 2006 (one night) $76 USD / night (we booked over the net and paid in USD) My boyfriend and I have decided to put this into good/not so good format. We’re both fairly tall, he is 6ft and I’m 5.8” and we’re both 29 years old. See our other comments on Jasper (Windswept B&B); Banff (Rundlestone Lodge); NYC... more

Although I live in Calgary, I stayed at this hotel as part of tour group I was leading in the Calgary area. I'm glad I was not responsible for booking this property because most of the guest on the tour from Austria were unhappy with the condition and quality of this hotel. It is a substandard property and severly overpriced... more

We stayed here for just one night and found it clean and quiet and the staff polite, friendly and helpful. We arrived too early for check in but they were happy to stow our luggage for us. Upon check in we booked an early morning (complimentary) shuttle to the airport which arrived on time and was a journey time of... more

The main reason we stayed was due to a deal that we were able to get, but we would never pay the regular room rate. The room was passable, and clean although there were places where the wallpaper near the ceilings were ripped away, nothing more than that was that bad. more

We've stayed here on three different occasions and in three different rooms. Our first was pretty grubby and run down. The next two had been redone and were smallish but comfortable. Your room rate gets you a free airport shuttle, and if you are driving, up to two weeks of free parking at the hotel. For a basic budget hotel,... more

If there were an option for NO "circles or stars" that would be my choice because this hotel is worse than "Terrible." If the elevator's lack of cleanliness is any indication of how gross the hotel is, I wish I had never gone to the 2nd floor. Room was very dirty and smelled worse than any hotel room I've ever... more
