i thaught it was great!! all the staff were nice (apart from the reception staff they were moody and didn't really pay any attention to you). Due to the hotel being small i met loads of really nice people. just a short bus trip down the main road on a bus you have 2 big malls and all your night... more

Good hotel, you receive that you paid... is cheap and clean ... we was there to visit the different tours of cancun we just come to sleep and was enough for us... But if your plan is relax in beach... choose other hotel...pool is small and the beach a little dirty. but staff are great people. more

this was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. front desk was irritated that we arrived after our check in time. the room smelled funny and the air conditioner leaked all over the floor. you could literally hear other people having a conversation in the next room, and could hear the party goers come home at 3 or 5... more

We arrived at the Imperial Las Perlas on June 24th after a long 11 hour flight from the UK!! And after dropping all the other guests off...( we were the last..) we eventually checked into the hotel after being rudely ignored by the man on reception for half an hour! The rooms were ok....but very very basic....but as we had... more

What can I say! After reading other reviews from people on trip adviser I had mixed views about staying in this hotel. But I can honestly say that I wasn't disappionted. The rooms and the restaurant were very clean and although the decor could have done with some updating, I couldn't have asked for better for a 3 star property.... more

This is the best holiday destination we have ever been on! Cancun is such a gorgeous place! Like many others we checked the hotel on this site before booking &I was quite worried, but had a great time! Disadvantages The moody man on reception, who didn’t give us a very warm welcome, but it was ok coz all the other... more

Five of us guys wanted a cheap all inclusive holiday to Mexico so we booked the trip independently without going through a major tour operator. Tne actual cost per person for the holiday (less the flights) was £117 per person which included the room, all the food and drink for the week and I think this just emphasises how good... more

stayed there for 2 weeks and the hotel was fine. It is dated in comparison to most other hotels but its very clean with the sheets and towels being changed every day. staff are very friendly like all the mexican amigos. food was nice but would have liked more variety. you get mexican, italian, caribbean and then international repeated over.... more

After reading some pretty rubbish reviews we thought the place would be a dump but it was lovely! Fairly basic but thats what you pay for. Food was fine although eating the same for two weeks was pretty boring but didn't expect it to be any different. Room was really big and air con. worked. Due to hotel being small... more

Very disappointed with hotel, food which was repetitive and served in a shack on the water which we nicknamed Tenko hut. The location was farthest away from town centre but buses ran every 5 minutes. Most staff friendly for 1st week particularly El Sabio barman, but quite rude and hostile 2nd week. Got change of room 2nd day as it was... more
