We are extensive travelers abroad and are unsure why anyone would denigrate this facility. This resort is in MEXICO, hello people! If you are looking for America in Mexico go to the Marriott or Best Western!!! The website for the hotel is clearly reflective of the facility. This magnificent resort is located about 13 Kilometers or about 45 minutes from... more

We found the other reviews to be spot on: PROS: Wonderful, wonderful beach. The 1st place we stayed at was in the Hotel Zone (and we also checked out the Centro/Malecon area), which was loud, crowded, and not the greatest beach (rocks in the sand, water kind of dirty). Here the beach was BEAUTIFUL, pristine, plenty of chairs, nice relaxing... more

I absolutely loved the Palladium Vallarta. The location was breathtaking, the staff were very friendly, the beach was amazing, the food was good, and our room was beautiful. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and I would go back in a minute. more

Spent a week at this place. I had been to Puerto Vallarta a few times before (going back to 1975) and had no interest in seeing the town again. That is why this hotel's location is fantastic. Set in a jungle local it seems more like Costa Rica than Mexico. The grounds are superb, and the small beach coves are... more

When we were looking at the Palladium Resort for our vacation, I read alot of reviews myself and found them to be very helpful. I must have read a dozen or more reviews that reccomended upgrading to the Punta Minta section of the resort. Upon talking to our travel agent, she insisted that was not neccesary and was a waste... more

It's sad how such a beautiful hotel, in such a spectacular site can has such BAD SERVICE. I blame mostly management and their lack of proper communications with the guests. The actual worker were good. The location is in a secluded beach about 45 minute north of Puerto Vallarta. The beach was great, and the "regular" rooms were O.K.. If... more

My wife and I booked this place for our honeymoon from which we just returned. I can personally tell you that you'd be spending your money better at a different place. It is way too far from downtown Puerto Vallarta and expect to pay cab fares in the neighborhood of $35 USD and up...each way! Not only that, you are... more

This resort was very beautiful its in the middle of the mountians which makes it hard if u wanna sight see. The bartenders we great but the rest of the staff were horrible. The resort is very racist if you dont speak spanish. We were standing in line waiting for food someone walked in front of us started speaking spanish... more

Just returned from the facility. For relatively fit persons who enjoy walking this place is really appealing. If you can't move well this is not a place for you. Lots of stairs to climb - its built on an oceanside hillside & you will walk alot. Staff is great, cheerful & very attentive. Food at the full service restaurants is... more

Disgusted at managment. They will not allow my wife's guide dog to accompany her to the resort. I understand it's a different country but in North America, it is a federal offence to deny access to any facility to a person being accompanied by a guide dog. Please boycott the Palladium resorts. more
