We arrived at the resort after 5 days at a very funky but much beloved resort further north. My traveling companions and I were very much looking forward to a bit more luxury and change of pace from our previous accommodations. We were quite impressed by the lovely lobby and the attentive concierge. The check-in staff was less attentive but... more

MaY 4th- May 11, 2008 My Husband and I had a 8 night stay at the palladium for our honeymoon. Our Plane was late getting into Peurto Vallarta and the bus ride out to the palladium was an hour, I didnt realise that the resort is in a different state but still considered a P.V resort! On checking in we... more

Palladium Vallarta is NOT a 5 star hotel. It’s a 3 star hotel with potential. Poorly managed - the A/C is minimal, drinks watered down, food is fair. Beautifully landscaped grounds are sullied by a constant sewage stench from the “zoo” – a cluster of small, over-crowded cages. Rooms never adequately cooled smell musty. Beaches covered with thick piles of... more

May 31-June 7 2008 - I'm 19, my boyfriend is 22 & the Palladium was our first vacation together and we felt pampered. I must say that the negative reviews I checked out kind of scared me, but once we arrived I knew those people must have had some reallly really high standards because the place was amazing! Nothing bad... more

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks May 23-June 6. Like many others we got a free upgrade to The Royal Suites, and it's the only way to go at this reosrt - the main part is much too crowded, even at low season. The Royal Suites pool area was almost empty in the mornings, filling up only... more

We are a family of four which includes two teenaged boys, aged 14 and 18 years and this was our first visit to the Palladium. This was a surprise trip for my husband's 50th birthday and was his first trip to Mexico in just over twenty years. The first trip was a backpackers through the Puerto Vallarta and Cabo areas.... more

We stayed at the resort from May 24, 2008 to May 31, 2008. The staff were friendly and they worked hard, the grounds and pools clean and maintained, our room was nice and comfortable, food and drink were great, and the entertainment was good! Plenty to see and do for the family; very child friendly, Zoo onsite was a hit... more

We stayed at the resort May 12 - 19, 2008. We were very pleased with the resort. On booking through Sunwing.ca we were able to have a free upgrade to the Royal Suites which was a nice bonus. The resort was quiet Mon - Wed and it appeared that there were many Canadians. On Thursday the resort was full -... more

We were in suite 2003 and after the first night had to move because of black mold under one of the... more
