Stayed at the Barcelo Ixtapa July4th to July 11, 008. Let me give you the real scoop! We have stayed at quite a few all-inclusives. We just returned from a week at the Barcelo. We were there from July 2nd and returned on the 9th. The food was really mediocre at best. We are a family that dines out several times a week and we do enjoy a wide variety of ethnic restaurants, we really enjoy dinning out, so we do have pretty high expectations.... more
