2 weeks of sun, fun and pina coladas. We stayed here and found the hotel to be fantastic. Not top of the line, but fantastic none the less. The hotel staff can not be beat. Tons of entertainment. Restuarants, club and shopping are totally abundant within an easy walk from this hotel. For the money this all-inclusive hotel can not... more

I always read trip advisor prior to booking a hotel, because I believe tourists are the best reviewers......... I wanted to write this review as a service to fellow tourists that are in the same boat as me. I really didn't like this hotel. We did not like it so much, we checked out the same day and demanded that... more

The food quality, variety and service is excellent. The staff is exceptional, always smiling, hardworking and will go out of their way to accommodate you. The Animacion staff will... more

Just returned from a one weeks stay at the Ritz. The hotel is kept very clean and the food surprisingly good. Good value for the dollar. The weather in Acapulco is amazing, hot and not a cloud in the sky. Just wish they had a bigger pool as it can get very crowded when there's alot of children. The staff... more

Our room had an excellant ocean view, and was attached to our kids room (they had a street and ocean view) which was fun. Our air didn't work very well..but the staff came up to fix it right away! (Still didn't work as well as the air in the kids room!) The room was CLEAN ...but the beds were so... more

Okay...well The first off dont let the name the "Ritz Acapolco" fool you and think its like the Ritz Carelton because I guarrantee you it isn't, the Ritz was porbably the worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life. This was such a great place! The food was good and authentic, the staff was so nice and would go out of there way to make sure you were happy. They don't speak a lot of English-but you are in Mexico duh! There was security around the clock-on the beach in the lobby etc. so that people that weren't supposed... more
